There’s a stigma in wellness circles about consuming cow’s milk, but if it agrees with you (and you’ll likely know if it doesn’t), then it’s more than fine to enjoy it in a daily latte or two. “I believe in consuming all food groups in moderation,” says Sepel. “That said, when it comes to dairy, opt for organic where possible and stick to one or two cups a day.” She also selects whole milk over skim as it’s “the wholefood version”, with nutrients and good fats.
