For our finite mortal selves, Yoga is the mode to unleash the infinite within us. It is what opens all our senses to make use of them in their optimal way and help us enrich our lives through the body, soul, and mind that we are gifted with.

Despite being the birthplace of Yoga, many in India still harbour false notions about it such as the practice being one which is about distorting one’s body into all sorts of superhumanly twisted knots and formations. Or that it is only meant for those who are ‘patient’ enough to sit still for long periods of time.
