Lee Keli, 28, an assistant relationship manager, and Tan Quing Jue, 30, a financial adviser, tied the knot in an elegant green, white and gold affair at Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa.
DURING A SHOOT
Before we were engaged, we had a chance to be involved in a wedding shoot, and since we were dressed for the occasion, Quing took the opportunity to surprise me with a proposal. He was in cahoots with the shooting crew and had also invited our parents and friends to witness it.
FAMILIAR SUPPORT
We celebrated our nuptials with a full day of events, starting with me waking up at midnight for my hair and makeup to be done so that we could marry at an auspicious hour! We received a lot of support from our vendors, many of whom were our relatives and friends. Their involvement and help made our celebration all the more meaningful.
