"No cap." "Fr." "She ate and left no crumbs." With Gen Z bringing phrases of their own to the office table, you might find yourself rather confused when you're in conversation with younger colleagues.
On Tiktok, multiple videos, where users share impudent e-mail sign-offs used by some of their Gen Z co-workers, have gone viral. Rather than traditional closers such as "Sincerely" or "Warm regards", they prefer sign-offs like "Yeeting out", "Bless up" or "Slay, serve, survive", to name just a few.
Whether you feel that the Gen Z lexicon belongs in the workplace or not, one thing's for certain: Gen Z won't stop using these phrases any time soon.
