Who is the new G2000 woman? According to the brand’s new product director, Hong Konger Melinda Wong, she is probably most of us: constantly on the go, a white-collar worker who likes her work wear stylish but not excessive, and equal parts comfortable and well made.
Wong joined the brand in late 2016 to give G2000 Woman a fresher perspective; the brand’s last refresher was in 2010. With her debut – the S/S ’18 collection – she tells us why the brand for work wear isn’t office lady centric anymore, and is a label to pay attention to in 2018.
