Luxury Electric SUV

If you’ve ever driven an Audi car in the last couple of years, you’ll find yourself settling into the e-tron 55 quattro quite fast, as it looks, feels and drives just like a model Audi SUV, which is Audi’s precise intention, to present an eclectic vehicle that matches to performance of its flagship Q-series SUV, the Q8. In fact, both car models have very similar dimensions, weight, performance, and cost, though the e-tron 55 quattro has a lower roofline and the sharper rear design treatment from the 2015 e-tron prototype, including a long drag-reducing roof spoiler.

While there are a number of visual cues to separate the e-tron 55 Quattro from a Q-series SUV, in particular unique wheel rims, a controllable front air intake, and additional LED lights to the lower edge of the front headlights and rear strip, in general, the family resembles between the models means that the e-tron 55 Quattro tends to blend in traffic. That is until you realise it has no engine noise.
