With the Xelento Remote, Beyerdynamic shows you how to eat your cake and have it too.
Beyerdynamic is better known for its headphones, but recently, they’ve caused a little stir with the new Beyerdynamic Xelento Remote.
The first high-end in-ear monitor in its current catalogue, the Xelento uses the same Tesla Technology found on its full-sized headphones. It also looks rather fashionable and was designed for everyday use. In both regards, it has succeeded: it is fairly innocuous in size and fits discreetly in your ear, but when people do spot it, they can certainly see its elegant form in all its glory. The build is faultless, though it must be said that you need to be careful with the MMCX connectors that attach the cable to the headphone; it looks elegant, but careless handling may result in an expensive trip to the service centre.
