The Hollywood stars have had a major falling out

While everyone in and out of Hollywood assumes they’ve been the best of friends for years, behind closed doors George Clooney and Brad Pitt have had a major falling out.

“They had a long-running feud,” an insider tells New Idea. “It’s a real shame because they used to be so close.”

Reportedly it’s the result of George not getting a role in Once Upon A Time In Hollywood and suspecting his old friend had something to do with it.

“[Quentin] Tarantino had originally wanted George to star alongside Brad and was really keen on getting them on film together,” explains the insider. “Then George was all of a sudden out of the running.”

Seeing his one-time friend looking close with Quentin and his wife, Daniella Pick, during the movie’s Cannes premiere, was the last straw for George. Despite reports they’d rebuilt their once close friendship after Brad split from Angelina Jolie in 2017, the insider explains the animosity between the two actors goes back years.

“After George was snubbed from attending Brad’s wedding to Ange, things have gone from bad to worse.”
