Just days after denying false rumours he’d split with his girlfriend, New Idea has learnt Richard ‘Dickie’ Wilkins is considering eloping with Virginia Burmeister.

A source close to the Nine Network presenter claims the couple – who have been together for nearly three years – are so in love they’re thinking of quietly making their relationship official.

“There was talk of them either getting married or eloping and doing it in secret,” says the insider. “They are very in love and a really good match.”
