According to financial advisor, entrepreneur and author, Melissa Browne (melissabrowne.com.au), it’s fine if one person’s job is to manage the family spending and saving. “But if one person’s job is, say, paying the bills, then the couple should still meet monthly to make sure the other one knows what is happening.”
Why not make it fun and schedule it as a ‘date night’ and enjoy a home-cooked meal and a glass of wine over discussions.
