FIRE UP THE AIR FRYER!

Sticky Hoisin Chicken Nibbles

Serves 4, Prep and Cook 30 mins

  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tblsps soy sauce
  • 1 tblsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsps grated fresh ginger
  • 1kg chicken wing nibbles (see Tip)
  • 1 tblsp plain flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions, to serve

1 Combine sauces, honey, oil and ginger in a jug. Set aside.

2 Pat chicken dry with absorbent kitchen paper. Transfer to a large bowl. Sprinkle over flour and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.

3 Pull out the pan and basket from a 7-litre air fryer. Lightly spray air fryer basket with a cooking oil. Place chicken in basket. Slide basket back into air fryer. Set temperature to 200C. Set timer and cook for 16 minutes, turning chicken halfway through cooking time.

4 Transfer chicken to large, clean bowl. Pour over half sauce mixture. Toss to coat well. Return to air fryer basket. Set temperature to 200C. Set timer and cook for 4 minutes until chicken is cooked.

5 Heat remaining sauce mixture in small saucepan over medium heat until hot - or microwave on High (100%) in a microwave-safe jug for 1 minute.

6 Transfer chicken to a serving plate. Drizzle over the hot sauce. . Sprinkle with sesame seeds and onions to serve.

Mexi Fries with Sour Cream Dip and Salsa

Serves 4, Prep and Cook 30 mins

  • 800g brushed potatoes, peeled, cut 1cm-thick fries
  • 11/2 tblsps vegetable oil
  • 2 tblsps smoky chipotle seasoning
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • Tomato salsa and lime wedges, to serve
