Half a century from now, I believe sociologists and historians will come up with a new name for the age in which we are currently living.
It won’t be the Age of Enlightenment or the Age of Reason but the Age of Addiction – in short, an era when we became owned by our phones.
More than anything else, I fear our constant clicking, flicking and scrolling will leave us anxious, reactive, agitated and full of self-doubt.
