LOSE WEIGHT... for good

1 Set mini goals

If you start too big, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed and lose motivation before you have had a chance to embed new behaviours. It can take anywhere from 20 to 200 days to create habits, so stick with it!

2 Remember to track

In order to get healthier, you first have to become aware of your existing habits. The new myWW+ program enables you to track everything from your food, weight and fitness to your hydration and sleep, so that you get the full picture of what’s happening with your health.

3 Don’t go to extremes

Sustainable weight loss is all about making small changes that still fit in with your lifestyle. For example, adding an extra serve of vegetables to your main meals or drinking one glass of wine with dinner rather than two or three.
