After months of speculation about his marriage to Amal being under pressure, George Clooney has been plunged into a fresh crisis due to his close friendship with the Duchess of Sussex.

New Idea has learnt the Hollywood superstar has been secretly helping the former Suits actress relaunch her acting career now she’s relocated to Los Angeles with her husband Prince Harry, 35.

And now a source reveals George’s wife of five years Amal, 42, was furious when she found out about it – and has become increasingly uncomfortable about the friends’ close connection.

“Amal is pretty peeved because George and Meghan are talking non-stop privately and she’s been left out of the conversations,” reveals the insider. “She’s finding it pretty rude, especially since she was the one who encouraged them to all be friends in the first place.”
