HER MAJESTY RETURNS TO THE LIMELIGHT
THE QUEEN'S BIG WEEK OUT!

After a long hiatus from public life thanks to a bout of ill health, the Queen is back - and she's having plenty of fun now she's feeling better!

The 96-year-old, who is celebrating an incredible 70 years on the throne, was quite the social butterfly last week, popping up at the Royal Windsor Horse Show twice, including to attend a starstudded show in her honour.

Joining her on May 13, were youngest son, Prince Edward, and Penny Knatchbull, Countess Mountbatten of Burma, a family friend and close confidante of the late Prince Philip. Onlookers said the Queen was in particularly high spirits as she watched youngest granddaughter, Lady Louise Windsor, lead the Fell Pony Society's centenary parade.

A few days later, she made a surprise appearance to inspect the newly commissioned Elizabeth Line at London's Paddington Station.
