With its sleek and modern design, the limestone cliffs beyond it painting a picturesque background, Cycle & Carriage Ipoh Autohaus presents a welcoming façade to customers who step foot on the premises looking to purchase their very own Mercedes-Benz vehicles. The Ipoh outlet is the fourth Cycle & Carriage Autohaus in Malaysia to be upgraded with the latest Mercedes-Benz Retail Brand Presence (MAR 2020), after Mutiara Damansara, Alor Setar and Johor Bahru. Offering a customer-first automotive retail experience, it embraces the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional journeys and customer-centricity.

“The MAR 2020 is our response to the ever-evolving retail experience in this digital world. We have incorporated more digital channels and elements to offer our customers a seamless luxurious automotive retail experience,” says Mr. Thomas Tok, CEO of Cycle & Carriage Malaysia, in his welcome speech during the upgraded outlet’s launch on 17 March 2022.
