Emotional health is the most crucial in dealing with life’s challenges. Being emotionally healthy would mean one is able to identify one’s feeling, deal with them in a constructive manner, cope with difficulty through resolution; they are able to keep things in perspective and identify resources that they would need to solve a problem. They are also able to cultivate nurturing relationships as they feel good about themselves.
