Hera’s iconic Black Cushion is now back in a new liquid texture.

IN THE WORLD of foundations it’s not often that one emerges as a firm favourite among the myriad of offerings out there. After all, what works for one woman may not necessarily work for another. But for makeup and skincare brand Hera, the Black Cushion foundation has always been one of its most enduringly popular makeup products. Since its launch in Korea in April 2017, around 2.48 million pieces of the original Black Cushion have been sold (or about 100,000 pieces a month). Nearly two years later, Hera is releasing a new liquid foundation version of the Black Cushion. Dubbed, quite simply, the Black Foundation, this one bottles the successful formula of the cushion into a light, gel-lotion version.
