The Redmi Note series was a game changer for Xiaomi. Not only the series made Xiaomi a household name but also helped them catapult to the number one position in the Indian smartphone market. Xiaomi has now expanded its Redmi Note range with the Redmi Note 5 and the Redmi Note 5 Pro, and it’s the latter which gets a detailed look this month.

Xiaomi has maintained a design language that they’ve refined and improved over the years and Redmi Note 5 Pro is no exception. The curved edges, metal body at the back makes the phone look good along with 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass on the front that helps to maintain a seamless design and at the same time protect the display. The phone also gains reinforced corners to absorb damage from accidental drops and prevent screen damage.
