Nevertheless, it is still compact enough to be worn on a wrist.&nbsp;Withings&nbsp;offers a soft wristband with a clasp that allows the user to slide the device in or clip it in the provided accessory.WALK THE TALKOne important thing that you should know about the Pulse O2 is that it is purely a fitness-tracking device. In simple words, if you&rsquo;re looking for the device to display incoming notifications on your smartphone or notify you of an incoming message, you&rsquo;re out of luck. The Pulse Ox is meant for fitness tracking.Once connected with the free Health Mate app, you can sync the recorded data from the Pulse O2 to a visually pleasing interface that shows off all the stats along with the everyday goal and&nbsp;leader&nbsp;board&nbsp;standings.The Pulse O2 tracks a lot of data and while most of it is done automatically, there are a few things that need some human intervention. It&rsquo;s understandable that the device requires the user to measure pulse rate and blood oxygen, but the Pulse O2 needs to be removed from the casing or wrist every time it needs to be measured, making&nbsp;the whole&nbsp;process unintuitive. That said, measuring the pulse rate and blood&nbsp;oxygen level is fast and accurate. Sleep tracking also needs to be activated on the tracker, which tracks the amount of sleep you had (light or deep) and how many minutes you were awake. Interestingly, the sleep tracking is deactivated automatically if you start walking a few steps. All in all, we found the battery life to be average; it needed to be recharged every three-four days. The omission of water resistance, which even the highly affordable ones offer, is a little disappointing. However, at `9,999, the Pulse O2 does offer fairly accurate fitness tracking coupled with a good companion app.
