They are famous for being high achievers, but what are the young leaders on the Gen.T List 2020 like outside work?

Out Of Office

FAYE HASIAN SIMANJUNTAK

Founder of Rumah Faye, a non-profit organisation that fights sexual abuse and human trafficking in Indonesia

“I’m pretty handy in the garage. I just finished putting together this motorcycle-bike hybrid, which looks pretty cool, if I do say so myself. To balance out the garage work, I knit in my spare time. I can also get by in Indonesian sign language and I am training to be a Padi dive instructor. Earlier in the year, I found an untagged whale shark that I submitted to Conservation.org and I got to name it. Most importantly, I stan BTS.”

SORAVIS SRINAWAKOON

Co-founder and CEO of Band Protocol, a blockchain platform that is revolutionising data management

“I really like to challenge myself outside of work. I compete in triathlons, trail running and ultramarathons, which are races longer than 42 kilometres. We actually named our triathlon team Whisky because we tend to drink whisky before and after we compete. My most extreme time was when I was travelling to Japan for work: I flew back on a night flight, drank until midnight the next day and then went to compete in a trail run the next morning.”

SURANAM PARNICHAKARN

Founder and managing director of Tofusan, Thailand’s leading soy milk brand
