Osteoporosis remains under-diagnosed and under-treated in Malaysia, says the International Osteoporosis Foundation. Possibly due to the lack of awareness, it is imperative that we keep our bones strong as we age. Want to know what is one of the best things you can do to bolster them? Jump! In a recent study of premenopausal women, those who jumped 20 times a day (as high as they could!) improved their bone density after four months. So hop to it!
