Bangers and mash, which is a stereotypical English dish. It’s basically real sausages— not boiled pink hot dogs—with mashed potatoes and onion gravy. Whenever I go home, my mom makes it for me. If she thinks I haven’t been eating, she’ll put 15 sausages in the dish instead of the three it calls for.
