A: Absolutely, but every person can lead a healthy lifestyle. Sleep is free. If you have a staircase, you’re at the gym. And I think if we spent just a little more money on quality food over quantity, we would be much better off.
Q: What was the inspiration behind your new skincare line, NormaLife?
A: Trends are fun, but for the basics, there are some core ingredients that always work, so you constantly go back to them. That’s the basis for my products. I’m starting with skin, but it’s inspired by overall wellness and a healthy lifestyle.
