‘It’s possible for older women to change careers even if they’re raising kids and juggling a full-time job. Many women have managed to do this and are living more fulfilled lives. Besides, making a career change in your 40s means you’ve had more time to figure out your goals and acquire skills and experience,’ says Zia Attlee, head of research at Knowledge Resources.
