Hey, Chloe, congrats on your MAXIM cover. How does it feel?

Thank you so much. It’s is so exciting because I’ve wanted this for a few years now, so if I had to explain my feelings in one word it would be — surreal.

What did you enjoy most about this photo shoot?

Well, I live on the Gold Coast but flew to Sydney for the day, to shoot this, which was awesome. We got to shoot with an amazing 1959 Corvette, we took the car to a desolate road and just did whatever felt right. The leather interior was beautiful and we kept the mood really sexy. To balance this out I had a Maccas break — obviously – so by the end of the shoot I smelt like cheeseburgers, burnt rubber and oil. Amazing!

HOT! When do you feel sexy?

I feel sexy when there’s sexy music on. I don’t know why, but it doesn’t matter what I look like or where I am, if Beyonce’s “Partition” is playing I feel super sexy.

What’s your best asset?

I think my hair. It’s very thick and unruly – I’m a Leo so think of it as my mane.

For those who don’t know much about you, tell us a bit about yourself.

I was born in Sydney and lived in the beachy suburb of Maroubra as a kid, before moving to the Gold Coast and I’m never leaving. I have completed three out of four years of a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours so just I have the ‘Honours’ bit to go. I am the oldest of five (two brothers and two sisters) so there is always something going on.

Why choose to study psychology?

I love understanding people’s motives, intent and reasons behind why they feel a certain way or why they do what they do. If we can all understand, connect and help each other a liitle more, the world would be a better place.
