Plenty of beauty queens are crowned yearly, but how many place an equal emphasis on fitness and health too? We speak to the 26-year-old NutriGirl 2017 on true confidence, training struggles and practical tips for the daily woman.
2017 marks the fourth year of NutriFirst’s search for beauty that’s not just skin deep, but neither is she all shredded in preparation for a physique competition. Instead, 26- year-old winner Arielle Ng has the overall appeal. “We looked for an ambassador that has an everyday glow as a result of a healthy lifestyle; someone who eats right instead of hardcore dieting, and who participates in sports and lifestyle activities that’s not restricted just to gym sessions,” explains Barnabas Huang, Founder and Managing Director of NutriFirst Pte Ltd.
