...Album I fell in love with

Fallen' by Evanescence. Even though it came out when I was five years old and I didn't discover it until I was around 10, it was one of the first albums I properly clicked with. My cousin was really into the MySpace era of bands, and we used to go through YouTube watching videos, and one day I found Evanescence. I became completely obsessed with that album and would come home from school, set up my little amp and microphone, and sing the album from beginning to end in front of my mirror - I knew every single word.”

I think it was Tonight Alive's 'What Are You So Scared Of?' release show. That was the first concert that I told my parents I wanted to go to, and they actually came with me to a pub in Sydney. Growing up I would always play music around the house and there were bands that they liked and bands that they weren't the biggest fans of, but they loved that show. Now my parents absolutely love going to shows and seeing my friends' bands perform, so that was a start for them as well in some sense.
