Cambridge University researchers have developed vaccine technology that has been shown in mice to provide protection against a wide range of viruses that have the potential to create future devastating outbreaks.
The approach, called 'proactive vaccinology', involves scientists building a jab before a disease-causing pathogen, or organism, emerges.
