The Defence Secretary said almost 40 countries are donating weapons, armour and medical equipment to Ukraine.
But he revealed there are some nations considered as Moscow allies who are also helping Kyiv. Mr Wallace told a fringe event in Birmingham: “There are a number of countries that do help and want to help, secretly. But Russia would be deeply unhappy to learn that some of the people they think they can rely on deeply disagree with what is going on. And that’s a real credit to many of those countries.”
