As one minister hinted the “green” list of countries may soon be expanded, one airline slashed flight prices to just £5.
Yesterday British travellers were given the nod by the European Union to use vaccine passports to enter Europe.
Holidaymakers with two jabs can visit without needing to test or quarantine on arrival.
The UK is also expected to be included on an extended EU travel green list. A decision will be taken tomorrow.

Ryanair introduced the £5 fare. Dara Brady, director of marketing, said: “UK holidaymakers can fly to green-list destinations Faro, Lisbon and Porto this June from only £5 – with further additions from Greece, Italy and Spain expected soon.”
An estimated five million people have booked a holiday to an amber-list destination.
