A Brave mum has won the first battle in her campaign to have tougher sentences for child sex abusers.
Carol Burns, 48, who petitioned the Scottish Government, is “very pleased” it has been discussed in parliament.
She started her campaign after paedophile teacher William Wright, 80, was jailed for just 20 months.
