Drug squad officers seized more than 100 hash plants during a raid in a quiet residential street.

The cannabis farm, with an estimated street value of £50,000, was discovered in a flat in Bute Avenue, Renfrew, on Tuesday after a tip-off.

Police in white overalls removed brown evidence bags containing large cannabis plants.
