Lawrence Chaney made HER-story last night when she was crowned the first Scottish winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK.
The 24-year-old comedy queen from Helensburgh beat Bimini Bon Boulash, Tayce and fellow Scot Ellie Diamond to the title of UK’s Next Drag Race Superstar.
All four put up a fierce fight but it was larger-than-life Lawrence who sashayed away with the crown and sceptre and an al l-expenses paid trip to Hollywood to create her own digital series.
