Food Inflation To Hit 20%

FOOD inflation is predicted to soar to about 20 per cent early next year, households are being warned.

The impact of higher commodity costs, energy and the price of imported goods has already seen food inflation reach anything from just over 10 to 13 per cent in recent months.
