Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Haiti, Panama, Peru and Venezuela will open as holiday destinations from 4am Monday, freeing holidaymakers from costly hotel quarantines.

Transport Secretary Grant Shapps yesterday tweeted: “All seven remaining countries on the red list will be removed from Monday.
