However, at a Stormont press conference, Prof Young outlined &ldquo;two key pieces of information&rdquo;, telling how the &ldquo;majority of clusters we have identified outside households have been associated with the hospitality sector&rdquo;.He added that when looking at newly-diagnosed cases during the 48-hour period before they become symptomatic but are infectious, &ldquo;around 30% have been in the hospitality sector, whereas 5% have been in retail&rdquo;.
