Taoiseach: We didn't pay for HSE hack key
MICHEAL MArtin has insisted no ransom was paid for the cyberattack decryption key.

But the Taoiseach also revealed the Government is still wary of a threatened data dump by the Russian hackers on Monday.

Mr Martin said experts are working on using the validated decryption key, handed over by the criminals on Thursday, to unlock the HSE IT systems.

He added the move came out of the blue and not through any diplomatic channels.
