BRIDGE HORROR KILLER CALLERY'S OUT OF JAIL ...AFTER JUST 4 YEARS

Brute part of gang that kicked Dale, 20, to death

BRIDGE horror killer Ross Callery has walked free from jail after serving just two-thirds of his prison sentence for manslaughter.

He was jailed for six years in January 2017 for his role in a barbaric attack on Dale Creighton on a footbridge in Tallaght, South Dublin, on New Year’s Day 2014.

The 20-year-old was chased by a gang of six men and one woman and subjected to a savage 14-minute assault in which he was kicked, stamped and punched.

CCTV showed Callery, now 27, delivered the final vicious kick to the victim’s head as he lay prone on the ground. But he walked free from the high-security Portlaoise Prison on April 27 – two years ahead of his release date.
