The winners of this year's event were revealed at a glittering event at the Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in the city centre.
A total of 11 awards were announced on the night including Community Impact Award, Judges' Choice for International Trade and the Mitchell Henry Prize, which was sponsored by LDC.
The M.E.N. Business Awards were sponsored by headline companies Brewin Dolphin, Robert Walters, PwC, CMS and LDC; with category sponsors Bolton School.
Speaking at the event, Darren Thwaites, editor-in-chief of the M.E.N, said: The Manchester Evening News has been a champion of commerce and enterprise for more than 150 years but rarely have businesses faced such a difficult period.
“It's why this year's celebration is extra-special as we reward your resilience and your creativity in battling the challenges of pandemic and economic uncertainty.
