The rollout was observed by Health Sec. Francisco Duque III, Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) Deputy Chief Implementer for COVID-19 Response Sec. Vince Dizon, Health Regional Dir. Gloria Balboa, and DOH Asst. Regional Dir. Paz Corrales.
Duque and Dizon said this is the first simultaneous vaccination of senior citizens, persons with comorbidity, and the remaining medical frontliners in the country.
Vaccinees who got the confirmatory text were the only ones admitted inside the vaccination center.
