A Teenager is regularly left ‘stranded’ due to buses running late or not turning up at all, her concerned mother has reported.
The teenager relies on buses to get home from work at night but her mother, who wishes to remain anonymous, said she had been suffering problems with the 51 service for months. She said the service either arrived late, leaving her daughter waiting in the dark, or failed to turned up at all.
Citybus has apologised and said the firm is struggling to find enough drivers to cover routes around the city.
