Minister for Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MAUD) K.T. Rama Rao has directed GHMC officials to prepare a calendar for scheduling and determining the plan of action with regard to control of spread of seasonal diseases in the city.
The scheduled activities for each month may be taken up as per the calendar, without waiting for the disease outbreak, he said.
A day after assuming charge of the Ministry, Mr. Rama Rao, along with his Cabinet colleague and Health Minister Eatala Rajender, on Monday conducted a marathon review meeting with the GHMC and Health officials.
