Demand For Facial And Ab Sculpting Goes Up During Covid-19 Pandemic

Virtual meetings, videocalls, and social mediahave almost taken over our lives in the last two years. Although, people got a break from formal dressing, they had pressure to be constantly visible and have the ‘lockdown glow-up’. Cosmetic surgeons say that this obsession to look perfect ‘naturally’ has resulted in increase in demand for face sculpting, facial rejuvenation and other cosmetic procedures during the pandemic.

Medical experts say that the demand for these procedures continues to rise, now that people are gradually returning to workplaces, social dos and in-person dates. Doctors inform that “people want to look as good as they appeared on screen with the use of filters so far”. Apart from facial rejuvenation, many people are also opting for ab sculpting procedures,“as they want to look chiselled and don’t want their social circle to talk about their ‘pandemic weight gain’.”

INCREASED DEMAND FOR AB SCULPTING AMONG MEN
