Gautam is better as a friend than as a boyfriend, says his ex wife

One such cheerleader is his ex-wife, Richa Gera. The two got divorced in December 2020. Talking about her equation with Gautam, she says, “We are extremely cordial and share a good friendship. Gautam and I have known each other since childhood. However, great friendships don’t necessarily culminate into successful marriages. When you are busy, it gets tricky to make time for each other and expectations always rise as partners, which can be difficult to match. We understood it and decided to end our marriage because we didn’t want our bond to get affected or lose respect for each other.”
