It's time to party!
2021 is coming to a close, and all the festivities will now commence. It is a time for the season of glitz and glam. If you are a mum-in-the-making, I am sure you want to go all out. After all, with baby on the cards, this Christmas or New Year’s Eve could be your last hurrah for a long time to come. I don’t blame you—most mums think so, and it is natural. But in trying to live up your last freedom bash, you should not let it affect your health. Here are some things to keep in mind as you let your hair down and party:

First and foremost, don’t forget that COVID is still out there, so avoid crowded and enclosed places. Instead, plan for intimate parties with close family and friends to reduce your risk of exposure.
