Let your little ones feed a goat, plant padi and harvest veggies at these back-to-nature places around the island.
Bollywood Veggies
Located in Kranji Countryside, this is probably the most high-profile vegetable farm in Singapore.
You can enter and wander about for free, but we recommend getting a few families together and booking one of its activities for groups of 20 or more (from $12 a person). These range from farm tours to paddy planting, harvesting, and farm-to-table experiences.
End with a delicious lunch at Poison Ivy Bistro and buy vegetables to cook at home, too.

Hay Dairies
Another big attraction at Kranji Countryside is Hay Dairies, the only goat farm in Singapore. Time your visit to watch the goat milking session from about 9 am to 10.30am, which is free.
If you come in a group of 10 or more, opt for the morning farm tour package. For $6.42 a person, you get goat’s milk to take away, an activity book and hay for feeding goats.
The farm is closed on Tuesdays, except on public holidays.
