1 CAMPAIGN HOLIDAY
The early campaign is the calm before the storm, so grab as much land as you can to secure your empire. Defeat nearby enemies, then move onto Greenskins, Skaven, and Ogres to get settlements and make other factions like you, while eliminating any future threats.
2 BUILD TO LAST
Prioritise growth buildings to upgrade settlements and get better units while nurturing your economy. Establish trade and build resource production to boost your income. If playing as Cathay, dispatch a caravan and watch the gold roll in.
3 GOOD NEIGHBOURS
Friends are few in a world filled with monsters, so make allies where you can. Establish non-aggression pacts, military access, and alliances with factions you can confederate. Be sure to build outposts in allied settlements to pilfer their units.
4 WEAPONS FREE
A faction lives and dies on the strength of its armies, so take advantage of Kislev and Cathay’s powerful ranged units and upkeep reductions. You need a strong frontline, missile infantry, cavalry to protect your flanks, and artillery for blasting monsters.
