Communication, banking, shopping, education, business, jobs etc are the best example of this upgraded technology.

It can also cause pain, stiffness of wrist joints, neck region, which can later turn into tendinitis, cell phone syndrome etc. Excessive usage of phones can also cause severe visual and auditory impairments. If not taken care of properly, it will affect the complete physical and mental equilibrium of a person that can lead to several health issues like obesity, cardiac problems, depression, anxiety, infertility, cancer etc.
