ANARKALI JUICE

INGREDIENTS

Pineapple, peeled chopped 1 cup

Beetroot, peeled chopped 1/2 cup

Carrot, peeled chopped 1/2 cup

Honey 1 tsp or as per taste

Lemon juice 1/2 tsp or as per taste

Black salt 2 pinches

Mint leaves 8 - 10 leaves

METHOD

Peel Pineapple, carrots and beetroot and cut into pieces.

Add Mint leaves, Pineapple, beetroot, carrot pieces into a blender or juicer. Stein the juice.

Add lemon juice, honey and black salt. Stir well and serve it in a glass.

Decorate with colorful straw and a small umbrella.
